This role focuses on managing funding plans, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring accurate forecasting for complex infrastructure and construction-related efforts.</p><p>The ideal candidate brings strong experience managing budgets, schedules, and financial forecasts within large enterprise environments. This role requires the ability to quickly establish context, manage multiple priorities, and drive execution while collaborating across finance, construction, and operational teams.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><p>Financial Planning & Forecasting</p><ul><li>Develop and manage funding plans and cost forecasts for large-scale programs</li><li>Analyze cost inputs related to construction, design, and startup funding</li><li>Track budgets and forecast future funding needs</li></ul><p>Program & Schedule Management</p><ul><li>Coordinate multiple timelines and deliverables across cross-functional teams</li><li>Manage project schedules and ensure alignment across stakeholders</li><li>Balance competing priorities and maintain progress across initiatives</li></ul><p>Cross-Functional Collaboration</p><ul><li>Partner with finance, construction, and operational teams to align on estimates and execution plans</li><li>Facilitate communication across large organizations and ensure stakeholder alignment</li><li>Translate complex financial and operational data into actionable insights</li></ul><p>Process & Execution Excellence</p><ul><li>Drive execution with a bias for action, proactively resolving blockers</li><li>Ensure accuracy and consistency in financial templates, reporting, and deliverables</li><li>Support continuous improvement in planning and forecasting processes</li></ul>
