- <p>We are looking for a Supply Chain Manager to lead sourcing, inventory planning, and material flow for a specialized aerospace manufacturing operation in Kent, Washington. This position plays a key role in securing hard-to-find components, supporting production timelines, and building strong supplier relationships in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate brings a practical understanding of end-to-end manufacturing and can balance logistics, purchasing, and operational priorities to keep the business moving efficiently.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Direct sourcing strategies for recycled, repurposed, and specialty materials required for aerospace component production.</p><p>• Oversee inventory planning and stock control to align material availability with manufacturing schedules and customer demand.</p><p>• Manage supplier and vendor relationships, including negotiations, purchasing activity, and ongoing performance monitoring.</p><p>• Coordinate closely with operations and warehouse staff to maintain efficient material movement from procurement through production completion.</p><p>• Evaluate lead times, supply risks, and production requirements to support timely and cost-effective decision-making.</p><p>• Guide a small onsite team responsible for warehouse support, parts coordination, and purchasing functions.</p><p>• Use internal systems, including Pentagon, to track inventory, purchasing activity, and supply chain performance.</p><p>• Identify creative sourcing solutions for difficult-to-obtain materials while maintaining quality and compliance standards.</p><p><br></p><p>The salary range for this position is $95k to $120k (negotiable as well).
