We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lynnwood, Washington. This role is a Contract to permanent position within the manufacturing industry, offering an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in customer support and order management. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling customer inquiries with professionalism. Responsibilities: • Accurately process incoming orders, ensuring timely entry and routing to the appropriate warehouse. • Coordinate the preparation and shipment of product samples based on customer requests. • Collaborate with warehouse and shipping teams to ensure prompt and efficient order fulfillment. • Perform data entry tasks to maintain up-to-date customer records and order information. • Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone with a focus on delivering excellent service. • Assist with occasional travel arrangements for participation in trade shows. • Utilize Microsoft Dynamics SL and Microsoft Office tools to manage order processing and communications effectively.
