Apply today!</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Duration:</strong> 2-3 months </p><p><strong>Location: </strong>Hybrid - in Seattle, WA. </p><p><strong>Schedule: </strong>Monday - Friday 8 to 5 pm PST </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and implement a comprehensive adoption strategy for Microsoft 365 Copilot and Viva Engage, including tailored approaches for different organizational personas.</li><li>Actively engage on Viva Engage by posting weekly tips, addressing user questions, and executing communication strategies designed to enhance user experience.</li><li>Organize and lead monthly training sessions for Free Copilot Chat and Microsoft 365 Copilot to build user competency.</li><li>Host creative initiatives such as Copilot Challenges and Prompt-a-thons to encourage engagement, while capturing and distributing outcomes with the AI team.</li><li>Provide tactical support for establishing and implementing the AI Champion Network, ensuring peer learning and departmental collaboration.</li><li>Create quick-start guides tailored to AI champions using Brainstorm, the organization’s learning management tool.</li><li>Design and deliver role-based training sessions, ranging from introductory to advanced levels, for up to 10 departments using Brainstorm.</li><li>Collaborate with departments to identify specific use cases for role-based training, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.</li><li>Drive communication strategies that effectively inform and inspire users about new technological tools.</li><li>Facilitate cross-departmental engagement to ensure seamless adoption of new technology.</li></ul>
