  • <p>Robert Half Legal is partnering with a national healthcare consulting firm located in downtown Chicago that is looking to add a <strong>Contracts Manager/Paralegal</strong> with 5+ years of experience handling healthcare contracts to their team. Out client advises hospitals, health systems, physician groups, academic medical centers, and payers on strategy, operations, finance, and performance improvement to help organizations navigate complex industry challenges and improve care delivery. The Contracts Manager/Paralegal will help facilitate contract intake, drafting, negotiating, and reviewing; participate in policy review, compliance auditing and monitoring; and will oversee the contract lifecycle management tool. This position is paying between <strong>$90-110K </strong>and the company offers a highly flexible<strong> hybrid WFH schedule (4-6 days in-office per month)</strong>.
