In addition, the Data Sourcing Manager will be responsible for documenting all identified gaps related to Data Sourcing; collaborating with Technology to ensure that data effectively traverses from source to target systems; developing and publishing the appropriate metrics and progress reporting to various forums and councils; documenting and improving operational processes, including approval and escalation plans, data risk and controls adoption and implementation. The person in this role will partner with subject matter experts in Regulatory Reporting, Compliance, Technology, and others in the Category IV program to drive data strategy and continue to scale and improve the operating model for sourcing Enterprise data.</p>
