We are looking for a personable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Seminole, Florida. In this role, you will focus on supporting customers by resolving inquiries, maintaining relationships, and ensuring satisfaction with our personalized products and gifts. This is a long-term contract position, offering an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative and customer-focused environment. Responsibilities: • Make proactive outbound calls to existing customers to follow up on previous orders and ensure satisfaction. • Address and resolve customer concerns or issues related to their orders in a timely and detail-oriented manner. • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by conducting regular check-ins and providing exceptional service. • Design simple in-house graphics for personalized products as needed. • Utilize proprietary software systems to manage customer information and orders (training provided). • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. • Communicate effectively through email and phone to handle inquiries and provide updates. • Maintain a positive, customer-focused attitude in all interactions.
