The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to stay organized in a busy, onsite corporate environment.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Welcome guests and employees at the front desk, provide directions or assistance, and create a welcoming arrival experience.<br>• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier items, and office deliveries with accuracy and timeliness.<br>• Coordinate the use of conference rooms and shared meeting areas to support smooth day-to-day scheduling.<br>• Assist the Human Resources team with onboarding activities, orientation materials, and record maintenance.<br>• Draft, format, and organize business documents such as agendas, correspondence, forms, and internal communications.<br>• Maintain office supply inventory, place orders, track related purchases, and help monitor administrative expenses.<br>• Scan, file, and retrieve records through internal document management systems while maintaining organized files.<br>• Provide administrative support to executives, including calendar coordination, appointment confirmation, and occasional travel logistics.<br>• Help organize meetings, events, committee activities, and special projects by preparing materials and supporting logistics.<br>• Follow workplace safety, security, and emergency procedures and take on additional office support tasks as needed.
