We are looking for detail-oriented Event Staff to join our team in San Francisco, California on a contract basis. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service and hospitality support during events, ensuring smooth ticketing and entry processes. This position requires a proactive approach and attention to detail to deliver a seamless guest experience.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Assist with box office operations, including ticket scanning and entry management.<br>• Set up event spaces by arriving early each day to prepare and ensure readiness.<br>• Deliver outstanding customer service and hospitality support throughout the event.<br>• Undergo training on the Ticketsauce platform and app to ensure effective execution.<br>• Troubleshoot and resolve ticketing or entry-related issues promptly.<br>• Maintain a neat and detail-oriented appearance, adhering to the all-black dress code.<br>• Collaborate with team members to create an organized and welcoming environment.<br>• Support event leaders in overseeing daily operations and addressing guest needs.<br>• Ensure compliance with event protocols and procedures.<br>• Contribute to a positive atmosphere by engaging with guests and resolving inquiries.
