The ideal candidate brings strong property administration skills, sound judgment, and the ability to coordinate site activities, compliance tasks, and resident-facing initiatives with professionalism.</p><p><br></p><p>Community Manager Duties:</p><p>• Direct day-to-day management activities for assigned affordable housing communities to support smooth operations and high service standards.</p><p>• Inspect community conditions on a routine basis and partner with maintenance personnel to address safety, cleanliness, and repair needs promptly.</p><p>• Administer compliance activities related to Low-Income Housing Tax Credit programs, including file accuracy, eligibility verification, leasing documentation, and required reporting.</p><p>• Monitor regulatory changes affecting tax credit properties and apply updated requirements to site practices and resident documentation.</p><p>• Build positive relationships with residents by responding to concerns, supporting retention efforts, and helping coordinate community engagement programs.</p><p>• Track operational issues, follow up on outstanding property needs, and help ensure each community remains well maintained and resident focused.</p><p>• Collaborate with internal teams and property stakeholders to uphold housing standards, occupancy goals, and consistent administrative processes.</p><p><br></p><p>If you are interested in this Community Manager position, please submit your resume today!</p>
