The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent financial acumen, and the ability to work collaboratively with business leadership to drive growth and success.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Manage cash flow activities, including assessing borrowing needs and funds available for investment.</p><p>• Evaluate financial and operational performance of portfolio companies to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.</p><p>• Collaborate with leadership teams to develop and execute budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial strategies.</p><p>• Create and maintain standardized reporting tools, dashboards, and analyses for stakeholders and investors.</p><p>• Conduct benchmarking and scenario modeling to support business performance evaluations and strategic planning efforts.</p><p>• Prepare comprehensive reports on investment fund performance, including quarterly updates and monthly data reviews.</p><p>• Oversee treasury operations, including bank account monitoring, stock and bond trades, and real estate transactions.</p><p>• Analyze enterprise contracts to ensure financial terms align with company goals and compliance requirements.</p><p>• Provide detailed financial analysis related to real estate asset performance and reporting.</p><p>• Contribute to strategic initiatives such as acquisitions, working capital optimization, and preparation for business exits.</p>
