<p>We are looking for an experienced Corporate Attorney to join a well-established boutique Orange County law firm. This role offers an opportunity to work closely with clients on a variety of business transactional matters such as mergers and acquisitions, corporate entity formation, maintenance, and dissolution, and employment-related advice and counsel.
