- We are looking for an FP& A Analyst to support a late-stage clinical biopharma organization in California as it strengthens its finance operations ahead of commercial growth. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for a hands-on, detail-oriented individual who can lead Concur-related finance systems work while also contributing to budgeting, spend analysis, and financial reporting. The role partners closely with Finance and cross-functional teams to deliver compliant, well-documented processes and a reliable user experience.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Direct the full lifecycle of the Concur rollout, from discovery and workflow design through configuration, validation, launch support, and ongoing optimization.<br>• Set up and maintain expense, travel, and corporate card programs, including approval paths, policy rules, and system connections to the broader finance environment.<br>• Establish compliant spend-tracking processes for transparency reporting, ensuring meal and transfer-of-value data is captured accurately for industry reporting obligations.<br>• Collaborate with Finance and business stakeholders to align system behavior with day-to-day operational needs and refine configurations when process requirements evolve.<br>• Create user guides, deliver training sessions, and promote adoption by helping employees and managers use the platform effectively.<br>• Administer finance system controls by overseeing access, supporting periodic access reviews, maintaining change records, and preparing documentation for audit requests.<br>• Coordinate with related platforms such as Coupa and other finance tools to support end-to-end expense, travel, and procurement workflows.<br>• Apply structured change control practices by documenting incidents, enhancements, and service requests with clear ownership and traceability.<br>• Manage external implementation partners and vendors, while providing regular project updates, maintaining documentation, and communicating progress to stakeholders.<br>• Provide light FP& A support through budget tracking, spend reporting, and variance analysis for the Finance team.
