This position requires a hands-on approach to development and team management.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Lead and actively contribute to software development projects, overseeing the architectural design, code quality, and project execution.</p><p>• Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to team members to enhance technical skills and ensure best practices.</p><p>• Collaborate with the Product Team to gather requirements and participate in estimation efforts and deployment planning.</p><p>• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives, to ensure efficient project delivery.</p><p>• Take ownership of the technical aspects of multiple projects per release cycle, maintaining a hands-on role in development.</p><p>• Schedule and conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members to discuss progress, goals, and challenges.</p><p>• Organize team meetings to foster collaboration and align on project objectives.</p><p>• Guide the team through goal-setting and year-end performance discussions.</p><p>• Ensure the team adheres to Agile principles and software development methodologies.</p><p>• Provide strategic input to improve processes and enhance team productivity.</p>
