<p>On behalf of our client, Robert Half Talent Solutions, Technology Division is seeking an <strong>IT Analyst I</strong> to provide hands-on, onsite IT support during a period of operational transition. This role will support day-to-day end-user needs while also assisting with IT activities related to facility changes, including equipment collection, system support, and infrastructure assistance. The position reports directly to the <strong>Chief Information Technology Officer (CTIO)</strong> and works closely with a small, distributed IT team supporting multiple locations.</p><p>This is an excellent opportunity for a <strong>go‑getter</strong> who is comfortable wearing multiple hats, stepping outside a strict job description when needed, and supporting users through change in a professional and supportive manner.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Provide <strong>Tier 1–2 IT support</strong> for approximately 200 onsite and remote users</li><li>Troubleshoot hardware and software issues (laptops, desktops, peripherals, basic server interactions)</li><li>Support <strong>laptop imaging, wiping, updates, and device collection</strong> during employee transitions</li><li>Assist with <strong>Active Directory tasks</strong> (user access, onboarding/offboarding, password resets)</li><li>Create, activate, and deactivate <strong>badging/access</strong> as employees onboard or exit</li><li>Support basic server and infrastructure tasks, including <strong>equipment takedown and relocation</strong> as directed</li><li>Respond to and track all work through the company’s <strong>help desk ticketing system</strong></li><li>Provide onsite IT support for nearby facilities as needed</li><li>Assist with short-term project work related to facility changes, shutdown support, or infrastructure stabilization</li><li>Escalate issues appropriately while maintaining ownership through resolution</li><li>Maintain clear communication and documentation of work performed</li></ul><p><br></p>
