Reporting to the finance leader, their responsibilities will include:<br>• Support the monthly financial close and reporting process, including analysis of income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow performance.<br>• Perform variance analysis across actuals, budget, and forecasts, partnering with data owners to explain drivers, understand root causes, and communicate a clear, consolidated financial story.<br>• Develop, maintain, and analyze financial and operational KPIs to support planning, forecasting, and performance management, translating operational results into financial insights.<br>• Build, maintain, and enhance financial models to support rolling forecasts, annual budgets, scenario analysis, and business planning.<br>• Support the annual budgeting, rolling forecasting, and strategic annual planning processes through detailed financial analysis, modeling, and partnership with cross-functional team leaders.<br>• Develop and maintain management and executive-level financial reporting, including KPI dashboards and presentation-ready materials that tell a clear financial story.<br>• Translate complex financial and operational results into clear, concise insights and recommendations for finance leadership and cross-functional partners.<br>• Perform ad hoc FP& A analysis and projects using advanced Excel techniques to support business decision-making.<br>• Partner with cross-functional departments to gather inputs, validate assumptions, and ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and forecasts.<br>This role requires a self-starter with the ability to take concepts and direction, and engage critical thinking and problem solving skills to generate work product (models, analysis, recommendations). There is a wide variety of work, making it an exciting and dynamic role. <br>The position requires a BS Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related education, and at least 2 years of work experience.
