  • <p>Brad Stewart at Robert Half Finance &amp; Accounting is recruiting for a Payroll Administrator for a growing company in Reno, NV.</p><p>In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll for employees in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations, ensure payroll integrity, reconcile payroll data, and support audits and reporting activities.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p><br></p><p>·      Manage and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to payroll, compensation, taxes and employee benefits. </p><p>·      Accurately calculate and withhold taxes, social security contributions, and other relevant taxes, and ensure timely remittances to the appropriate agencies.</p><p>·      Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records, including employee information, pay rates, time sheets and tax details.</p><p>·      Prepare and submit year-end tax forms and other required reports.</p><p>·      Process employee garnishments, child support orders and other payroll-related special requests</p><p>·      Address employee questions about pay and resolve discrepancies.</p><p>·      Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth payroll operations.</p><p>·      Assist with internal and external payroll audits.</p><p>·      Generate and distribute payroll reports for various stakeholders. </p><p><br></p>
