  • <p><strong>Pricing Disputes Analyst (Contracts & Pricing)</strong></p><p><strong>Employment Type: </strong>39 Week Contract, Potential for Extension or Conversion </p><p><strong>Location: </strong>Remote EST or CST </p><p><strong>Pay: </strong>AVailable on W2 </p><p><strong>Position Overview</strong></p><p>The Pricing Disputes Analyst is responsible for managing and resolving invoice price disputes within SAP for multiple business units. This role requires strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of internal systems and pricing activation processes, and the ability to work independently while partnering with cross-functional teams. The analyst plays a critical role in supporting customer satisfaction, ensuring pricing accuracy, and meeting established service-level agreements (SLAs).</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Manage and resolve SAP pricing dispute cases where customers question invoice pricing</li><li>Partner with Customer Solutions team members throughout the price dispute investigation and resolution process</li><li>Collect, analyze, and interpret pricing and contract data using internal systems and databases</li><li>Provide reporting and analysis on dispute volume, root cause trends, and approved/denied dollar amounts for internal stakeholders</li><li>Ensure commercially reasonable efforts to complete at least 90% of assigned cases within the required 30‑day SLA</li><li>Provide expedited support and guidance for escalated or time-sensitive customer requests</li><li>Support contract activations as needed to resolve pricing discrepancies</li><li>Deliver training and guidance to internal business partners on systems, processes, and best practices</li><li>Support internal contract audit requests by gathering and providing required documentation</li><li>Continuously evaluate internal processes and tools to identify opportunities for increased efficiency and effectiveness</li><li>Develop and recommend actionable process improvement strategies</li><li>Maintain collaborative working relationships with cross-functional partners, including Contracting, Finance, and other internal teams</li></ul><p><strong>Additional Pricing & Commercial Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Assist in evaluating and implementing pricing strategies and models based on current business needs and competitive market dynamics</li><li>Conduct competitive pricing research and analysis to support informed decision-making</li><li>Monitor the competitive landscape to ensure pricing practices align with company reputation and customer satisfaction goals</li><li>Partner with Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Finance to position the product portfolio and pricing programs appropriately</li><li>Evaluate opportunities to monetize products introduced at little or no cost and identify potential upsell strategies</li><li>Model and project the revenue impact of pricing changes, promotions, and rebate programs</li><li>Create, maintain, and administer pricing databases</li><li>Coordinate implementation of approved pricing proposals across the organization</li></ul><p><br></p>
