This hybrid role requires a dynamic individual who can design and deliver effective training programs, ensuring team members are equipped to use various systems and applications with confidence. If you're passionate about technology-focused learning and thrive in service-oriented environments, we want to hear from you.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs tailored to organizational needs.</p><p>• Conduct training sessions for new hires, ranging from 90 minutes to 3 hours, to familiarize them with internal systems.</p><p>• Provide team training on new applications, system upgrades, and software releases.</p><p>• Evaluate and recommend e-learning tools and integrate selected tools into the overall training strategy.</p><p>• Deliver one-on-one training sessions to support individual learning needs.</p><p>• Stay informed about emerging technologies to keep training content relevant and up to date.</p><p>• Collaborate with team members to ensure training materials align with organizational goals.</p>
