<p>Position Overview</p><p>We are seeking an energetic and hospitality‑driven Community Manager to create, manage, and elevate the tenant and visitor experience at a premier office property. This role focuses on community programming, event planning, social media management, and concierge services, with a strong emphasis on fostering engagement within a life‑sciences–focused tenant community.</p><p>The ideal candidate is creative, organized, tech‑savvy, and service‑oriented—comfortable managing events ranging from small meetings to large‑scale activations while serving as a visible ambassador for the property.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><p>Community & Tenant Engagement</p><ul><li>Design and execute engaging property‑wide programming that fosters inclusion and community</li><li>Plan and manage professional conferences, networking events, and social activations (up to 3,000 attendees)</li><li>Coordinate external use of amenity spaces and oversee conference/event areas</li><li>Actively network within the life sciences industry to support relevant programming</li><li>Assist property management with welcome events and materials for new tenants</li></ul><p>Event Planning & Operations</p><ul><li>Manage scheduling and use of building amenities (conference rooms, rooftop terrace, tenant lounges, etc.)</li><li>Maintain and manage the property programming budget</li><li>Negotiate contracts with vendors to secure best pricing and services</li><li>Build and manage a local Preferred Vendor list</li><li>Provide detailed reporting for tenant requests and service billing</li></ul><p>Marketing, Social Media & Communications</p><ul><li>Manage the property app admin portal and keep content aligned with luxury brand standards</li><li>Promote app usage among tenants, guests, and visitors</li><li>Manage and post to property social media accounts</li><li>Design and write internal marketing materials for events and programming (digital and print)</li></ul><p>Concierge & Client Services</p><ul><li>Serve as an on‑site concierge and informational resource for tenants</li><li>Respond promptly to in‑person, phone, and email requests</li><li>Arrange meetings, services, gifts, reservations, and other tenant needs</li><li>Stay current on local dining, entertainment, and cultural offerings</li></ul>
<p>Human Resources Administrator</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>The HR Administrator assists with processing, tracking and general administration of all personnel transactions including completing and filing necessary forms and paperwork. This is an administrative position and operates under the guidance of the Human Resources Generalist – Manager and the Sr. Vice President in accordance with established corporate guidelines, maintaining compliance with strict state and federal standards.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Job Responsibilities</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>• Supports and handles administrative details and paperwork for all HR related processes including but not limited to personnel changes, performance reviews, termination packages, COBRA administration, referrals and hiring bonuses and employment verifications.</p><p><br></p><p>• Helps support the compliance with state and federal guidelines relative to critical filings and paper work details.</p><p><br></p><p>• Ensures that all employee data current and that files are up-to-date.</p><p><br></p><p>• Assists employees on a day-to-day basis answering questions completing paper work for variety of concerns including routine paper work.</p><p><br></p><p>• New Hires support including initial background check, administration of new hire information packs, and assisting with orientations</p><p><br></p><p>• Helps support Benefit administration, Dental/Medical/Life/Disability adds and deletes, FMLA/medical & personal LOA process & tracking</p><p><br></p><p>• Back-up to supporting Worker’s compensation claims processing and tracking</p><p><br></p><p>• Assist in supporting our Apprentice state registrations/tracking/school registrations and attendance tracking/weekly hourly report, process increase as needed.</p><p><br></p><p>• Assist in supporting our VA Registrations/monthly Hr. submission</p><p><br></p><p>• Assist Safety Department – for needed training, reports etc. copies</p><p><br></p><p>• Assist with annual open enrollments (Medical Insurance – April)</p><p><br></p><p>• Completion of any all tasks that may be needed to ensure the smooth and successful operation of the HR department.</p>
Essential Functions <br> Respond to all customer inquiries, questions, and RFQ’s <br> Develop system for following up on quotes to identify likelihood of order <br> Understand customers’ needs and communicate to production team to ensure satisfaction <br> Setup and host customer and vendor visits via video, and/or in person <br> Daily meeting with production manager, operations manager, engineering to review any open quotes and/or <br>order fulfillment concerns <br> Enter quotes and sales orders into ERP system (ProfitKey®), ensuring accuracy <br> Maintain major sales analysis spreadsheets, open quote log, and any custom report as requested <br> Prepare weekly posts for social media sites (LinkedIn etc.) <br> Attend trade shows as requested (US Locations) <br> Maintain database integrity within ProfitKey® ERP Software <br> Maintain a database of current and potential customers with CRM <br> Review technical drawings for manufacturability with the support of engineering as needed <br> Prepare customer reports and access customer portals as needed. <br>Education <br>- Associate’s degree in business administration, applied science or engineering <br> <br>Experience Details <br> <br>- Manufacturing technical sales support and/or officer administrator role – 1 year preferred <br>- Customer service experience <br>- High working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, TEAMS, and other Office suite applications
