This role is vital to our operations and requires someone with strong skills in Account Reconciliation, Accounts Receivable (AR), Billing, Cash Applications, and Microsoft Excel.</p><p><br></p><p>For immediate consideration please call Allison Brown at 508.205.2121</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p><br></p><p>• Handle a high volume of intercompany billings through an automated system</p><p>• Maintain and update billing files for various divisions</p><p>• Generate new charge out files for new billings and distribute backup for invoices to sites via email</p><p>• Process manual invoices and credit memos in a timely and accurate manner</p><p>• Post cash receipts on a daily basis, including wires, ACH, and checks</p><p>• Prepare deposits and scan all cash receipts for record-keeping</p><p>• Enter intercompany paper transfers and follow up with sites on any questions about paper transfers</p><p>• Regularly update intercompany balances and distribution lists</p><p>• Review and prepare consolidated Sales and Bookings reports for all sites on a weekly basis</p><p>• Assist with other projects as they arise, particularly those related to Quarter and Year End reporting and month-end reporting.</p>
