You will collaborate directly with business stakeholders, portfolio managers, and subject matter experts to design both net‑new content and curate existing materials into clear, organized, and effective learning solutions.</p><p><br></p><p>The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, a solid grounding in adult learning theory, familiarity with accessibility standards, and hands-on experience designing for a sales-focused audience.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>· Design digital-first learning solutions rooted in adult learning theory and neuroscience principles.</p><p>· Create structured, engaging content for multiple sales audiences across frontline, field, inbound, outbound, and upper market teams.</p><p>· Develop multimedia learning experiences using Articulate Storyline, PowerPoint, Camtasia, and general design tools; Adobe Creative Cloud familiarity required.</p><p>· Produce deliverables such as storyboards, prototypes, journey maps, content outlines, and process documentation.</p><p>· Ensure accessibility requirements are incorporated into all learning assets.</p><p>· Partner directly with business stakeholders, leaders, and SMEs to gather requirements, validate direction, and refine deliverables.</p><p>· Communicate design proposals clearly and confidently, incorporating stakeholder feedback to align with evolving business strategies and sales goals.</p><p>· Participate in Agile/Scrum processes to co-create, test, deploy, and iterate on learning products.</p><p>· Manage 2–4 active projects at a time with varying levels of design complexity.</p><p>· Deliver end‑to‑end projects within 4 weeks or less, maintaining quality while operating in a fast-paced, high‑pressure environment.</p><p>· Organize and curate existing materials into structured learning pathways to support updated operating models, processes, and offers.</p>
We are looking for an experienced Instructional Designer to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This role involves delivering engaging training sessions and designing impactful learning materials for Autodesk Construction Cloud tools, including Docs and Build. Based in New York, New York, this position requires travel to multiple client locations and a strong ability to communicate complex workflows in a clear and accessible manner.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Design and deliver live virtual and in-person training sessions focused on Autodesk Construction Cloud tools, including Docs and Build.<br>• Travel to various client sites to conduct training in a "road show" style format, visiting two cities per week over a 5-6 week period.<br>• Demonstrate key features such as document management, version control, permissions, RFIs, submittals, and field data capture.<br>• Facilitate hands-on practice exercises and provide real-world examples to enhance user understanding.<br>• Collaborate with co-facilitators to ensure smooth training delivery and build trust with participants.<br>• Develop and refine training materials, including job aids, reference guides, and persona-based learning decks.<br>• Stay informed about updates to Autodesk Construction Cloud capabilities and integrate new features into training sessions.<br>• Offer guidance on construction workflows, including naming conventions, folder structures, and document control best practices.<br>• Support field workflows such as daily logs, checklists, and issue tracking processes.<br>• Adapt training content to match the needs of technical and non-technical audiences.
