Apply today!</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Duration:</strong> 12 month contract with potential to convert</p><p><strong>Location:</strong> 100% Onsite in Portland, OR </p><p><strong>Schedule:</strong> Monday – Friday 8am-5pm PST </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 end-user support across a global, distributed workforce.</li><li>Support employee onboarding and offboarding, including equipment handoff, device enrollment, inventory management, and device deployment.</li><li>Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Workplace Experience, and other internal teams to coordinate technology needs and understand business priorities.</li><li>Provide high-touch, customer-facing technology support to employees at all levels, including C-suite executives.</li><li>Troubleshoot Apple/Mac devices, SaaS applications, Google Workspace, Slack, MDM platforms, and collaboration technologies.</li><li>Provide onsite support for Portland employees, including walk-up support, meeting room technology, and AV support for Google Meet and Zoom.</li><li>Respond to urgent and business-critical requests proactively, including situations where a formal support ticket may not yet exist.</li><li>Help coordinate technology support across distributed locations and global teams.</li><li>Share knowledge, provide guidance, and help support teams understand evolving global processes and operational requirements.</li><li>Maintain accurate equipment and inventory records while ensuring timely device deployment and retrieval.</li></ul>

This role serves as a key on-site point of contact, helping keep facilities-related work organized, visible, and moving forward efficiently. The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, and comfortable coordinating with vendors, documenting site conditions, and communicating progress to stakeholders.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Monitor the workplace for maintenance, safety, or service-related concerns and bring attention to issues that require action.<br>• Open and track service requests or work tickets to ensure facility needs are recorded and addressed in a timely manner.<br>• Arrange and provide access for technicians, contractors, and other service providers performing work on site.<br>• Capture clear photos or videos to document existing conditions, work progress, and completed tasks when needed.<br>• Greet and coordinate with vendors during on-site visits to support scheduling, access, and job execution.<br>• Confirm that completed work meets on-site expectations in collaboration with workplace management partners.<br>• Raise unresolved problems or high-priority concerns to the appropriate contacts for further review and action.<br>• Share timely updates from the site regarding work progress, vendor activity, and outstanding facility matters.
