This role is pivotal in creating and implementing strategies and objectives, managing trademark disputes and litigations, supporting trademark clearances and prosecution as well as managing the Legal Anti-Diversion team. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Intellectual Property:</strong></p><p>• Managing U.S. Intellectual Property disputes.
