This contract position is ideal for a project leader who can keep schedules, budgets, field execution, and stakeholder communication aligned across multiple active sites. The role requires close coordination with internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to deliver safe, compliant, and high-quality project outcomes in a fast-moving environment.</p><p><br></p><p><u>Responsibilities:</u></p><p>• Direct solar projects through each stage of delivery, from pre-construction planning and kickoff activities to commissioning and final turnover.</p><p>• Coordinate engineers, field personnel, subcontractors, suppliers, utility contacts, and customers to keep project milestones on track.</p><p>• Supervise site execution to confirm work is performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with drawings, specifications, and contractual expectations.</p><p>• Track financial performance by reviewing costs, validating invoices, processing change requests, and identifying opportunities to improve project results.</p><p>• Maintain compliance with permitting conditions, code requirements, interconnection standards, environmental obligations, and jobsite safety practices.</p><p>• Lead recurring project discussions with clients and internal stakeholders, providing clear updates on timelines, budget status, risks, and issue resolution.</p><p>• Review technical documentation, procurement progress, RFIs, and long-lead material timelines to reduce delays and address execution risks early.</p><p>• Partner with field teams on constructability reviews, quality checks, punch list completion, commissioning support, and closeout documentation.</p><p>• Keep organized project records including contracts, schedules, budget tracking, meeting notes, safety materials, and turnover packages.</p>
