This role plays a key part in ensuring the successful execution of acquisitions, dispositions, and financing transactions within the Industrial Outdoor Real Estate sector. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in commercial real estate and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Coordinate legal and financial documentation to support smooth transaction processes.<br>• Manage third-party reports, including ordering, tracking, and reviewing them for accuracy and compliance.<br>• Organize and maintain deal files, checklists, and approval processes to ensure all transactions are executed efficiently.<br>• Analyze leases, tenant estoppels, and other critical transaction-related documents.<br>• Facilitate closings by working closely with title companies to ensure accurate prorations and closing statements.<br>• Assist in financing activities, including preparing SNDAs and reviewing title and survey affidavits.<br>• Collaborate with internal teams such as Legal, Leasing, Finance, and Asset Management, as well as external partners, including brokers, counsel, and vendors.<br>• Provide support for individual and portfolio sales, ensuring adherence to transaction protocols and best practices.
