The platform enables the work of multiple business teams and is a fundamental<br>component of our Real Estate and Asset Management platform.<br><br>What You Will Bring:<br>DC Delivery<br>• Ensure data flow and integration between Data Cloud and other Salesforce clouds (Sales,<br>Service, Marketing, Experience, Personalization)<br>• Build and maintain data pipelines to ingest data from external sources and transform it into<br>usable format with Data Cloud.<br>• Implement data models, identity resolution strategies, and harmonization techniques to create<br>a unified customer profile.<br>• Develop solutions for activating data within Data cloud for segments and audiences for<br>marketing campaigns.<br>• Maintain data governance, security, and compliance practices.<br>• Collaborate with CRM teams to ensure seamless data flow and synchronization.<br>• Conduct rigorous QA, A/B testing, and validation of campaigns across devices and platforms.<br>• Recommend improvements based on performance metrics and user behavior.<br>• Partner with architects, designers, and marketers to translate business requirements into<br>technical solutions.<br>• Maintain documentation for code, configurations, and deployment processes.<br><br>SFDC Development<br>• 1+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud.<br>• Strong understanding of Salesforce Data Cloud and its functionality.<br>• Proficiency in data modeling, ETL processes, and data integration techniques.<br>• Proficiency in SQL.<br>• Experience with Salesforce APIs, connectors, and middleware tools like MuleSoft.<br>• Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance best practices.<br>• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.<br>• Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement is a plus.<br>Qualifications:<br>• Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant Certification.<br>• Experience working in Agile environments and using tools like Jira.<br>• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

We are looking for a highly skilled VMware Engineer to join our team in Malvern, Pennsylvania. In this Contract-to-permanent role, you will play a pivotal part in managing and optimizing virtualization infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations across all data center locations. The ideal candidate is adept at handling Cisco HyperFlex environments and VMware technologies, with a strong focus on system performance, security, and disaster recovery.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Administer and maintain Cisco HyperFlex clusters and VMware vSphere infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.<br>• Monitor virtual machine health and system metrics using vCenter and other management tools to proactively address performance issues.<br>• Execute timely patching and updates for HyperFlex and VMware hosts to maintain security and compliance.<br>• Provision and manage virtual machines, datastores, and virtual networking configurations within VMware environments.<br>• Conduct disaster recovery tests, including VM failover and rollback procedures, to validate business continuity plans.<br>• Perform root cause analysis and resolve incidents affecting virtualization infrastructure.<br>• Develop capacity plans for memory, storage, and compute resources to support future growth.<br>• Configure and test backup, snapshot, and system recovery solutions to safeguard critical data.<br>• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure service uptime and address cross-functional infrastructure needs.<br>• Document system changes, operational procedures, and architecture diagrams to maintain accurate records.
-Oversees and directs the implementation of operational mechanical maintenance projects across the organization, ensuring they are completed on schedule and within or under budget for both current and new product launches.<br>- Assists in specifying, evaluating, acquiring, installing, and qualifying equipment.<br>- Manages tasks including updating, maintaining, and communicating project plans, progress reports, and status updates.<br><br>Qualifications<br><br>- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or Electro-Mechanical Engineering is preferred.<br>- Over 10 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.<br>- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is preferred but not required at the time of permanent.<br>- Proficient in AutoDesk 2D and 3D CAD software and Microsoft Project at an intermediate to advanced level.<br>- Applies differential and integral calculus to analyze the static and dynamic performance of electro-mechanical systems.
