We are seeking an experienced AML Analyst for a contract opportunity in Bridgewater, NJ. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) experience and a strong understanding of financial crime compliance, transaction monitoring, and suspicious activity investigations. This role requires the ability to analyze customer activity, identify potential risks, and support regulatory compliance efforts in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities<ul><li>Review and investigate transaction monitoring alerts for potential suspicious activity.</li><li>Conduct AML and financial crime investigations, gathering and analyzing customer and transactional data.</li><li>Perform due diligence reviews and support Know Your Customer (KYC) processes.</li><li>Escalate suspicious activity findings and assist with Suspicious Activity Report (SAR) preparation.</li><li>Identify and assess potential money laundering, terrorist financing, and fraud risks.</li><li>Maintain accurate case documentation and investigation records.</li><li>Ensure compliance with BSA/AML regulations, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Collaborate with compliance, risk, and business teams to resolve investigations and mitigate risks.</li><li>Assist with periodic reviews, audits, and remediation projects as needed.</li></ul>
