You will be working Monday to Friday 8 am to 4 pm.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Contact clients to collect outstanding balances and resolve billing issues in a professional and courteous manner.</li><li>Research and reconcile account discrepancies.</li><li>Document all collection activities and maintain updated records in our system.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment disputes and ensure accurate invoicing.</li><li>Escalate complex accounts as needed according to company policies.</li></ul><p><br></p>
