If you or someone you know is interested in this VP, Finance position, please contact Melissa Valenzuela at 816-601-1192 for more details!</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Shape financial direction by creating strategies that support growth, profitability, and broader business objectives.</p><p>• Lead the budgeting cycle, rolling forecasts, and longer-range planning activities, including alignment between operational plans and financial expectations.</p><p>• Assess results across products, customers, and sales channels to highlight performance trends and recommend actions that improve margin and efficiency.</p><p>• Deliver clear financial updates, analysis, and presentations for senior leadership to support informed decision-making.</p><p>• Oversee month-end close activities and financial reporting to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with group and local statutory requirements.</p><p>• Manage cash flow forecasting, working capital reviews, and periodic reforecasts to improve liquidity planning and overall cash performance.</p><p>• Direct tax reporting and compliance activities while supporting initiatives that strengthen cross-border tax outcomes and broader global tax efforts.</p><p>• Partner with teams across sales, marketing, and supply chain to provide financial insight, challenge assumptions, and support business decisions.</p><p>• Strengthen internal controls, improve data quality, reduce process inefficiencies, and guide the finance team through ongoing operational improvements.</p><p>• Lead, coach, and develop finance staff by setting clear expectations and building a collaborative, high-performing team environment.</p>
