  • <p><strong>Robert Half is partnering with a client on a specialized legal research initiative and is seeking a Florida-barred attorney with deep expertise in Trusts & Estates, particularly in fiduciary litigation and contested matters.</strong></p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Project Details</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Start Date: November 2025</strong></li><li><strong>Duration: 3 months (potential for extension)</strong></li><li><strong>Compensation: $40/hour</strong></li><li><strong>Location: Fully remote</strong></li><li><strong>Weekly Commitment: 10–15 hours</strong></li></ul><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><strong>The selected attorney will:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Draft and annotate pleadings, settlement agreements, and related documents for fiduciary litigation, guardianship proceedings, and other contested matters.</strong></li><li><strong>Create and revise practical guidance articles focused on Florida probate, fiduciary litigation, and guardianship law.</strong></li><li><strong>Develop checklists, charts, and other actionable resources tailored to contested Trusts & Estates issues.</strong></li><li><strong>Enhance existing materials with Florida-specific insights based on state law, local practices, and professional experience.</strong></li></ul><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li><strong>J.D. from an accredited law school</strong></li><li><strong>Active member in good standing with the Florida State Bar</strong></li><li><strong>Minimum 5 years of experience in Florida Trusts & Estates law, including: </strong></li><li><strong>Drafting estate planning documents</strong></li><li><strong>Handling probate administration</strong></li><li><strong>Managing fiduciary litigation and guardianship proceedings</strong></li><li><strong>Strong legal writing, editing, and research skills</strong></li><li><strong>Proficiency in Microsoft Word (including track changes) and online legal research tools</strong></li><li><strong>Excellent communication skills</strong></li><li><strong>Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks independently</strong></li></ul><p><br></p>
