You will also be asked to adapt to new software programs, complete specific forms, and utilize the local e-filing system.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Review and correct errors in legal documents such as pleadings and letters<br>• Effectively manage and prioritize a high volume of tasks and responsibilities<br>• Familiarize with and apply rules related to family law disclosures, service of process, and calculating deadlines<br>• Communicate verbally in an effective manner with both clients and co-workers<br>• Adapt and learn to use new software programs for case management and document handling<br>• Handle a busy practice while paying attention to details and prioritizing tasks<br>• Complete family law, civil, and other California Judicial Council Forms with minimal assistance<br>• Utilize the San Joaquin County Superior Court e-filing system<br>• Gain proficiency with Vision SQL/Compulaw/Aderant calendaring software<br>• Develop skills with Microsoft Office 365 for tasks and calendars, spreadsheets and formulas, and other advanced features of the Office programs.
