  • We are looking for an experienced Payroll Supervisor to lead payroll operations for an organization based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This role is responsible for delivering accurate, timely payroll processing while maintaining compliance with tax regulations and internal financial controls. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in full-cycle, multi-state payroll and can partner effectively with accounting and human resources to support employee pay, reporting, and audit readiness.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Lead complete payroll administration from initial data review through final distribution, ensuring each payroll cycle is processed accurately and on schedule.<br>• Review and enter payroll-related changes such as time worked, benefit withholdings, tax updates, garnishments, and other earnings or deductions.<br>• Perform payroll account balancing and coordinate ledger tie-outs to confirm payroll activity aligns with financial records.<br>• Monitor adherence to federal, state, and local payroll tax requirements and prepare required filings with a high degree of accuracy.<br>• Work closely with human resources to manage payroll impacts related to benefit enrollments, status changes, and employee separations.<br>• Produce payroll and compensation reports that support leadership review, budgeting, and workforce cost analysis.<br>• Provide documentation and transaction support for internal reviews and audits related to payroll records and reconciliations.<br>• Contribute payroll expertise in environments that may include certified payroll requirements and construction-related workforce considerations.
