This role is responsible for accurate billing, claims processing, and payment follow-up to ensure timely reimbursement. The ideal candidate has prior medical billing experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, onsite environment.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Prepare, review, and submit medical claims to insurance companies accurately and timely</li><li>Verify patient insurance coverage and benefits</li><li>Post payments, adjustments, and denials to patient accounts</li><li>Follow up on unpaid or denied claims and resolve discrepancies</li><li>Review Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) and remittance advice</li><li>Maintain accurate billing records and documentation</li><li>Communicate professionally with insurance carriers, providers, and internal teams</li><li>Ensure compliance with HIPAA and billing regulations</li></ul><p><br></p>
