Desktop Support Analyst We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Desktop Support Analyst in South San Francisco, California. This role is within the biotech/pharma industry and will primarily involve providing technical support for hardware and software issues. Responsibilities: • Handle migration from Google Suite to M365, including email, SharePoint, and OneDrive • Utilize Slack for messaging and communication tasks • Troubleshoot access, permissions, and conference room issues • Provide both hardware and software support to resolve connectivity issues • Manage a largely MAC-based environment with the help of Jamf Pro • Maintain a portion of Windows 11 systems • Address technical concerns related to Apple devices and Mac OS • Support the technical needs of a biotech/pharma environment.

Business System Analyst We have an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Business Systems Analyst for our hospitality client based in Berkeley, California. This role will be instrumental in the evaluation, selection, and implementation of a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.Responsibilities:• Assist in evaluating and selecting a new accounting software system in collaboration with the Finance team • Engage with various stakeholders to gather, and document business & technical requirements • Present platform options based on business needs, scalability, and integration capabilities • Work in collaboration with Finance and IT teams to ensure and alignment of the solution with business goals • Support the implementation process, ensuring the system aligns with business requirements • Play an active role in managing seamless integration, resolving issues, and optimizing the new system • Identify and address any challenges during the implementation phase• Optimize the new system by addressing post-implementation issues and enhancing integrationThis role is expected to pay between $70-$90/hr DOE and location.
