- <p>Our global logistics client is seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator to support employee training, workforce readiness, and change initiatives tied to international integration and organizational transformation efforts.</p><p><br></p><p>This is a great opportunity for an early-career professional who is interested in learning and development, employee training, HR processes, and organizational change. The coordinator will help support employees and managers as new systems, processes, and ways of working are introduced across North America and offshore teams.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Support training and workforce readiness activities for newly integrated employee groups.</li><li>Assist with the development and delivery of training materials related to Workday and other employee processes, including support for employees in Canada.</li><li>Help create job aids, learning guides, presentations, reference materials, and manager support resources.</li><li>Coordinate training sessions, track participation, and help ensure employees have access to the resources they need.</li><li>Partner with team members in the U.S. and other global locations to support learning and adoption efforts.</li><li>Assist in identifying training needs and gathering feedback to improve employee readiness and adoption.</li><li>Support knowledge transfer activities and help maintain training documentation.</li><li>Collaborate with HR, business leaders, and project team members to support successful rollout of new processes and tools.</li></ul><p><br></p>
