The person in this role will spend much of the day sourcing candidates, primarily through LinkedIn and other talent channels, while helping move recruiting activity forward in a fast-paced environment.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Identify and engage engineering candidates with relevant experience through LinkedIn, talent banks, and other recruiting channels on a daily basis.<br>• Build and maintain pipelines of technical professionals for current and upcoming contract engineering openings.<br>• Partner with hiring teams to understand position needs and align sourcing efforts with target skill sets and experience levels.<br>• Screen applicants and prospective candidates to evaluate qualifications, interest, and overall fit for open roles.<br>• Coordinate recruiting activities and support interview scheduling, candidate communication, and onboarding preparation, including first-day orientation support.<br>• Develop creative outreach approaches to attract talent in competitive engineering markets.<br>• Track recruiting progress, manage candidate flow, and keep talent information organized across recruiting tools and platforms.<br>• Contribute to recruitment initiatives focused on high-volume and technical recruitment needs across multiple engineering specialties.
