We are looking for a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team in Norfolk, Virginia. In this role, you will play an integral part in the analysis and reporting of financial data to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will excel in delivering actionable insights, ensuring compliance, and contributing to the optimization of business operations. Responsibilities: • Organize and execute weekly, monthly, and quarterly activities for corporate financial control and reporting. • Manage cost control processes, including actuals, forecasts, and flash reports for the Human Resources department. • Conduct business control operations such as financial analysis and forecasting to ensure alignment with organizational goals. • Prepare detailed monthly management reports, including variance analyses to assess deviations from planned outcomes. • Utilize financial software to validate the accuracy of results and ensure data integrity. • Develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs to monitor performance against business objectives. • Provide critical analysis and recommendations to support business operations and facilitate informed decision-making. • Collaborate on budget exercises, including flash reports and forecasts, to ensure financial targets are met. • Ensure adherence to policies and regulations set by Group Corporate Control. • Offer insights and challenge operational decisions to drive efficiency and profitability.
