<p>The Data Operations & Automation Specialist is responsible for optimizing the use of internal and external data across the organization’s core financial systems. This role manages data exchanges, ensures seamless integration with third-party platforms, and supports the development of business intelligence (BI) solutions. The Specialist leads automation initiatives, oversees accurate and timely reporting, and provides technical expertise to enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.</p><p><br></p><p>Essential Duties & Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Oversee and support the organization’s core financial system, including monitoring performance, resolving issues, and ensuring compliance with security standards.</li><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for users, providing guidance, troubleshooting, and technical expertise.</li><li>Lead the implementation of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Digital Process Automation (DPA), including process discovery, scripting, testing, deployment, and support.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze data and processes, supporting data-driven decision-making.</li><li>Develop, automate, and maintain BI reporting solutions to provide actionable insights.</li><li>Identify opportunities for automation and streamline manual processes through scripting and system enhancements.</li><li>Manage data transfers and integrations between core systems, third-party applications, and internal platforms.</li><li>Support and maintain SQL databases for server-based applications.</li><li>Test and maintain disaster recovery processes to ensure business continuity.</li><li>Assist in evaluating, testing, and deploying new hardware and software systems.</li><li>Partner with departments to design and deploy reports and dashboards that enhance operational efficiency.</li></ul><p><br></p>
<p>The DevOps Engineer will maintain and build out the existing CI/CD pipeline, which is currently built upon the Atlassian and other third-party tools. Ideally, the candidate will also serve as the primary release engineer.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Scope and Major Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>• Maintain the existing pipeline, which is currently architected with the following tools: Source repository (Bitbucket), Build server (Bamboo), Deployments (Octopus Deploy). The current branching strategy is a modified form of GitFlow.</p><p>• Ensure that build and deploy plans are developed for all critical applications that are not currently automated.</p><p>• Serve as the primary release engineer, ensuring that code repositories are well maintained, and that release branches are created and maintained in an appropriate manner.</p><p>• Will need to work well across departments, in close coordination with members of the Development and QA teams.</p><p>• Document and demonstrate solutions by producing flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, and any other documentation as necessary.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Performance Criteria:</strong></p><p>This role is evaluated by the accuracy and effectiveness of relevant reporting as well as timely communication with customers and internal teams. Achieving performance targets for individual programs is critical for assessing this role’s performance.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p>

This Assistant Controller will oversee the company’s accounting operations and financial reporting while ensuring accurate financial records, compliance with regulatory requirements, and effective internal controls. In this role, you will be responsible for creating annual budgets, overseeing the month end close process, providing variance analysis, expense forecasting, general ledger maintenance, financial reporting, auditing, ensuring compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements, facilitating training and development opportunities, tax planning, and overseeing the integration of acquisitions into accounting systems.
