The ideal candidate will have an understanding of real estate law, title and survey review, loan documentation, and closing coordination. This position requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and strong communication with clients, lenders, and title companies. Candidate also willing to work on REO real estate sale transaction and Deed-in-Lieu for busy law firm creditor rights department.
