This position offers the opportunity to lead a small team and play a key role in managing financial operations and ensuring organizational success.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Oversee and manage all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and reporting.</p><p>• Supervise and mentor two direct reports to ensure efficiency and accuracy in financial tasks.</p><p>• Utilize Timberline software and Excel to maintain accurate financial records and streamline processes.</p><p>• Ensure proper documentation and control of financial records in compliance with company policies.</p><p>• Scan, compile, and organize documents to support financial audits and reporting requirements.</p><p>• Collaborate with leadership to provide insights and recommendations for financial planning.</p><p>• Review and analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.</p><p>• Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and implement necessary updates.</p><p>• Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.</p><p>• Prepare detailed financial reports and present findings to stakeholders.</p>
