This role is critical to ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of all financial processes for multiple store locations. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills with hands-on expertise in accounting and financial management.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Supervise key accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities.</p><p>• Manage the creation, implementation, and tracking of annual budgets, forecasts, and monthly financial reports for all store locations.</p><p>• Ensure financial statements and management reports are accurate, timely, and aligned with organizational goals.</p><p>• Oversee cash flow management, perform detailed analyses, and maintain strong banking and treasury relationships.</p><p>• Develop and enforce internal controls, policies, and procedures to protect company assets and ensure compliance with regulations.</p><p>• Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits, ensuring timely resolution of any findings.</p><p>• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to the executive team to drive performance improvements and identify opportunities.</p><p>• Handle tax filings and compliance requirements while collaborating with external accountants and regulatory bodies.</p><p>• Lead, train, and inspire the finance and accounting team to achieve excellence and foster continuous growth.</p>
