You will work within a collaborative team environment to drive sold-out shows and measurable results.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Develop and execute paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google Ads, and Spotify to support live events.<br>• Collaborate with internal teams to align paid media strategies with overall marketing goals and event objectives.<br>• Conduct audience research and utilize targeting tools to identify and refine relevant audience segments.<br>• Set campaign parameters, including objectives, budgets, and schedules, ensuring efficient use of media budgets.<br>• Monitor and optimize campaign performance, implementing rapid adjustments and creative iterations as needed.<br>• Work closely with creative teams to design ad assets that resonate with target audiences and align with brand guidelines.<br>• Ensure compliance with platform policies and regulations for all advertising efforts.<br>• Stay informed on the latest trends in digital advertising, particularly in the live events, comedy, and music industries.<br>• Analyze campaign data and provide regular reports on performance metrics, offering insights for future improvements.<br>• Support the team with documentation, transparency in media budget allocation, and additional duties as assigned.
