Duties/Responsibilities:<br>• Establishes internal controls and guidelines for accounting transactions.<br>• Prepares and runs all payroll operation, including regualr and additional payrolls <br>• Oversees the production of periodic financial reports; ensures that the reported results comply with US GAAP, and prepares consolidated financial reporting for HQ. Responsible for managing chart of accounts/business units and running year end process.<br>• Ensures timely completion of all account reconciliations.<br>• Responsible for tax planning throughout the fiscal year; files annual corporate tax return.
