Responsibilities include preparing reconciliations, tracking grant spending, reviewing invoices and payroll allocations, monitoring budgets, processing grant reports and reimbursements, maintaining audit-ready records, and supporting annual audits and grant closeouts. The role works closely with finance and program teams to ensure proper use of grant funds and accurate financial reporting. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, at least three years of accounting experience, strong Excel skills, and experience with accounting systems. Experience with nonprofit, healthcare, or grant-funded organizations is preferred.</p>
