<p>We have partnered with a global provider on their search for a tech savvy, Sr. International Tax Analyst with the proven ability to operate independently and take ownership of responsibilities with minimal insight. The Sr. International Tax Analyst will be responsible for preparing quarterly and annual tax provisions, creating and implementing strategic tax planning, preparing and filing accurate and timely tax returns, assisting with merger and acquisition projects, identifying opportunities for tax savings, staying abreast of legislative and regulatory tax laws, reviewing tax projections, preparing tax-related financial disclosures, and conducting research on complex tax issues and providing guidance to management on tax implications.
