The role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Open and sort incoming mail related to financial operations.<br>• Process deposits and ensure accurate record-keeping.<br>• Prepare and distribute monthly billing invoices and account statements.<br>• Review and process invoices for payment in a timely manner.<br>• Print and distribute disbursement checks while maintaining proper documentation.<br>• Investigate inquiries regarding paid and unpaid invoices to resolve discrepancies.<br>• Assist with various accounting reconciliations and generate financial reports as needed.<br>• Perform administrative tasks such as filing, copying, scanning, and organizing documents.<br>• Utilize accounting software to support financial processes and data entry.<br>• Take on additional duties and special projects as assigned to support the department.
