In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining the financial health of the organization by managing accounting operations and supporting informed decision-making. You will collaborate closely with the Controller to ensure accurate financial reporting and efficient processes while contributing to the improvement of accounting practices.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Oversee the month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate completion.<br>• Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, identifying and resolving discrepancies.<br>• Prepare and post journal entries to ensure accurate financial records.<br>• Conduct account reconciliations to verify the accuracy of financial data.<br>• Perform bank reconciliations and address any variances promptly.<br>• Assist in the preparation of client remittance reports and other financial statements.<br>• Develop and implement improvements to accounting processes and workflows.<br>• Collaborate with the Controller to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.<br>• Support financial decision-making by providing detailed and accurate data analysis.<br>• Participate in the development of enhanced financial reporting tools and capabilities.
