The Controller will be instrumental in financial reporting, internal controls, audits, and driving process improvements across the organization.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Main Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and reconciliations</li><li>Lead and participate in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes</li><li>Develop, implement, and maintain efficient accounting processes and internal controls to ensure accuracy and data integrity</li><li>Establish and enforce controls to safeguard company assets, reduce risk, and prevent errors or misreporting</li><li>Lead and coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring timely and accurate documentation</li><li>Participate in budgeting and forecasting for balance sheet and cash flow</li><li>Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards across multiple jurisdictions</li><li>Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability</li><li>Manage, mentor, and develop accounting team</li></ul>
