The successful candidate will oversee technical operations, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the seamless integration of technology solutions to support organizational goals.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Lead and manage day-to-day IT operations, ensuring systems and networks run efficiently and securely.<br>• Oversee project planning and execution, delivering technology solutions that align with organizational objectives.<br>• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to implement and optimize IT systems and processes.<br>• Provide technical leadership in areas such as network security, system administration, and hardware/software management.<br>• Develop and enforce security policies, manage patch updates, and address vulnerabilities to safeguard organizational data.<br>• Administer tools and platforms such as Microsoft 365, Fortinet firewalls, Meraki, and other security technologies.<br>• Manage scripting tasks using languages like PowerShell or Python to automate processes and improve efficiency.<br>• Monitor and maintain antivirus control software, ensuring systems are protected against threats.<br>• Prioritize and escalate technical issues, providing timely resolutions to meet user expectations.<br>• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices across all IT operations.
