The ideal candidate will excel in maintaining accuracy and compliance across multi-state payroll processes while ensuring employees are paid promptly and correctly.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Process full-cycle payroll for a company with 500 employees, ensuring timely and accurate payment.</p><p>• Manage multi-state payroll operations, adhering to state-specific regulations and compliance requirements.</p><p>• Utilize ADP Workforce Now to streamline payroll workflows and maintain accurate records.</p><p>• Audit payroll data regularly to identify discrepancies and implement corrective measures.</p><p>• Address employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and deductions with attention to detail and in a timely manner.</p><p>• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless integration of payroll processes.</p><p>• Prepare and submit payroll reports for internal and external stakeholders as needed.</p><p>• Maintain confidentiality and security of payroll information while adhering to company policies.</p><p>• Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.</p>
